armscii vs. unicode

Dear vm,

Unicode is used by default in all Microsoft products since year 2000. Most of Unix applications also use unicode by default (X Windows, GNOME, KDE, mozilla, ... ).

It is possible to have a complete support for any language using only unicode and without using any 8-bit codes. It's the only option provided by modern operating systems.
