The very first task that the project should concentrate on is facilitate data collection for potential client.

At this time it is unfeasible to spend limited resources on developing advanced data mining capabilities as we still do not have a basic data collection infrastructure.

Current phpESP tool provides basic data collection capability by allowing user to define flexible surveys and maintain the data in the mySQL database. The short term goal should be to develop a good understanding of the already available software tool and make relativelly small changes to it. After this we should deploy it and start pilot implmentation.
