Armenian Localization Projects

> One of the classes of projects we are looking to sponsor are projects supporting the localization of various software packages. Armenians are rightfully proud of their language, but corporations do not have much interest in supporting a language with such a small base of native speakers. Supplying native language support to Armenians will be left up to small companies and the Armenian developer community.
